Kingslake has a number of software solutions deployed to better manage supply chain execution in the Apparel & Manufacturing industry and we are looking for focused and passionate individuals to join our sales team as Account Manager – Apparel Solutions. The successful candidate will be involved in generating leads up to closing the sale.
Responsibilities
– Responsible for driving growth, client satisfaction, and retention among our key customers in the Apparel sector.
– Own relationships with Apparel sector clients: developing, growing and proactively supporting accounts.
– Act as the ultimate point of escalation for resolution.
– Scale the account management function. Help design process, structure and tools to effectively grow account management and bring best practices.
Skills & Requirements
– Be a graduate or possess a relevant professional qualification with a passion for a career in Sales.
– Having 2-3 years of prior experience in Sales and/or Marketing, any prior similar experience such as key account management and a good understanding of the Apparel industry will be an added advantage.
– The ability to build excellent rapport and self-generate new business through finding your own leads.
– Have clear and concise written and spoken communication skills.
– Be able to present written information in a structured and balanced way appropriate to the needs of the reader.
