Welcome to KingslakeBlue Assistant, an AI-based chatbot operated by Kingslake International Limited (“Kingslake,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using KingslakeBlue Assistant, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this service.

1. Service Overview

KingslakeBlue Assistant is an artificial intelligence–powered chatbot designed to provide automated responses and general information to users. The chatbot uses large language models (LLMs) similar to ChatGPT or Google Gemini to generate responses based on user inputs.

 

2. Disclaimer on Accuracy and Liability

KingslakeBlue Assistant generates responses using artificial intelligence.The content it produces may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or inappropriate.

  • Kingslake International Limited does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any response.
  • The chatbot’s outputs are for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice (e.g., legal, medical, financial, or technical).
  • You use KingslakeBlue Assistant entirely at your own risk.
  • Kingslake International Limited is not responsible or liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from your reliance on information provided by KingslakeBlue Assistant.

 

3. User Responsibilities

When using KingslakeBlue Assistant, you agree to:

  • Use it only for lawful purposes.
  • Avoid uploading or transmitting harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or misuse the chatbot system.
  • Not use the chatbot to generate or distribute harmful or misleading information.
  • Not use KinslakeBlue Assistant or any of its responses to harm, misrepresent, or discredit Kingslake, its products, employees, or reputation.

KingslakeBlue Assistant may collect and store the following:

  • Chat logs and message content for quality monitoring, troubleshooting, and system improvement.

  • All data collected is handled in accordance with our  Privacy Policy. By using KingslakeBlue Assistant, you agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Privacy Policy.

All software, text, data, and materials provided through KingslakeBlue Assistant are owned or licensed by Kingslake International Limited.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to KingslakeBlue Assistant if we believe you have violated these Terms or used the chatbot inappropriately.
