Privacy Policy

At Kingslake, we believe your privacy is very important. This privacy policy applies to all sites and services offered by Kingslake. The details of how Kingslake collect, use, share and secure the personal information our prospects or customers will provide are set out below.

In this policy, “Kingslake”, “we”, “us” or “our” refers to Kingslake International Limited with its registered address at 7 Torriano Mews, London, NW5 2RZ, United Kingdom and all its subsidiary companies worldwide. “Services” refers to the services to be provided by Kingslake for which you have contracted with and/or intend to enter in to a contract with Kingslake.
All other agreements entered in to between yourself and Kingslake shall remain in force unless otherwise expressly revoked by Kingslake, if there is a contradiction or inconsistency between this updated Kingslake Privacy Policy and any terms contained in any agreement entered into with Kingslake, the terms of those agreements shall prevail except with regards the terms relating to your personal data which shall be duly governed by the terms of this new updated Kingslake Privacy Policy.

 

THE DATA WE COLLECT

When you register for or subscribe to one of our services, sites or sign-up for an event, download a product or submit a request, we may request to you submit some or all of the following information:

We may request more information on specific instances, (Example: we may request our job candidates to upload or email their CV)

HOW WE COLLECT PERSONAL DATA

We may collect your personal data when you use our Services – at times when applicable personal data will be entered by you during the normal use of our Services, payment and billing information schedules and addresses may all be disclosed to us by you willingly during the normal course of business, We may collect your personal data while you browse our websites- please refer to our “Website – Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy”.
We may already be in possession of your personal data- you may have already disclosed personal data to us while obtaining Services from us previously, and we would still be in possession of that personal data so far as it still necessary for us to be in possession of it in order to provide said Services to you, or have been required by law to keep that personal data. Kingslake may request for your personal data as and when that data will become necessary for Kingslake to perform the Services.
